For dispatchers
Fuel plans that drivers can actually follow.
FuelPlanner helps dispatchers turn route and price information into clear instructions that reduce guesswork before the truck leaves.
Plan fuel before wheels roll
Review stop options along the dispatch-approved route and choose a practical fuel plan before departure.
Give drivers simple instructions
Send the approved stop and purchase amount through WhatsApp so the driver knows where to fuel and how much to buy.
Review exceptions after the trip
Use actual trip information to spot where a plan was not followed and where a route or instruction may need adjustment.
